Before the shows started, devoted fans lined the streets in the early hours of the day, showcasing their dedication and appreciation for Jxdn’s music and artistry. This leg of the tour was highly anticipated by fans after the previous dates were canceled due to heartbreaking circumstances, so the excitement and gratitude held by the fans were felt from the earliest of hours right up until the final moments of the performances.

Sace6, an up-and-coming artist based in LA but originally from Long Island, NY, took to the stage before Jxdn’s set. His music draws inspiration from artists such as Sleeptoken, Deftones, and Three Days Grace, blending elements from genres such as shoegaze, metal, r&b, pop, and emo to create a sound that is both entirely unique and unheard of. This distinctive style sets him apart from other artists in the current alternative scene.

His set kicks off with another close friend, artist, and “Hospital” bandmate, Noah Thomas, who introduces Sace with his powerful vocals captivating the attention of everyone in the room and building anticipation before Sace has even stepped foot on stage.

Characterized by its rich, layered production, his set opens with his latest single, “Saturate”, a track that gradually builds, creating a sense of intensity, depth, and excitement, immediately immersing the audience who quickly matches the electric energy that Sace has brought to the stage. During Sace’s set in London, fans and first-time listeners alike opened up massive pits in the crowd, moshing and dancing with an enthusiasm that perfectly showcased how the crowd mirrored the captivating and mesmerising energy he brought to the stage every night.

Sace maintains the explosive energy through his set with hits like “Corner” and “Whisper”, then slows it down with “Forever, in minutes” whilst still keeping the crowd captivated throughout. He quickly picks up the pace again with an incredible rendition of “I Hate Everything About You” by Three Days Grace, prompting everyone to sing along and fuelling their excitement for Jaden’s upcoming performance.

His set concluded with a few more hits, including “Only Overnight”, “Buried Again” and “Bled”, which quickly became a fan favorite among the crowd. Fans were so captivated by Sace’s incredible performances throughout the tour that, at the final show in Dublin, they came together to hold up roses during only “Only Overnight”, each with their own handwritten messages expressing their gratitude and appreciation for his music and the kindness and love he showed to fans every night. An absolutely mesmerizing way to end his shows.

Sace’s sets were quickly followed by an adrenaline-pumping performance from Jxdn, who kicked off his set with a transcendent introduction that was met with roaring cheers from his fans.

Although Jaden's music is heavily influenced by pop-punk, reminiscent of Blink-182, his sound during this run of the shows was noticeably shaped by classic British rock which fans quickly speculated could be a nod to the direction he plans to take with his upcoming projects.

Jaden kept the crowd moving all night with lively tracks like “Candles”, “What the hell” and “Dead or Alive”. However, the true highlight of the show came when he performed his more vulnerable and raw songs, such as “Pray”, “When the Music Stops” and “Tell Me About Tomorrow” .During these moments, the sense of community among his fans was evident as they came together to support and look after one another. For a few minutes, everyone in that room felt seen, understood, and less alone in their grief.

"I come and do these shows because music saved my life, it really saved me as a f*cking human being" ... "I do this sh*t because I think can it save the f*cking world dude, I genuinely believe that. And I honestly think all of you believe that sh*t too, because you wouldn't be at this concert if you didn't think that." - A quote from Jaden he repeated throughout all of his shows which resonated with the crowd.

The shows concluded with a few more fan favorites such as “Lifeline” and “Angels and Demons”, wrapping up the surreal nights/tour on an incredible high.

Overall, the When the Music Stops tour marked a significant milestone in both musicians’ careers, showcasing a lineup for the history books.

Sace6 and Jxdn have repeatedly demonstrated their talent, establishing themselves as remarkable artists to watch as they are set to transform and dominate the alternative music scene.
